We are opening the Sidorus Pioneer Supplier Program.

Sidorus is building an AI-powered technology sourcing platform for SMEs and growing teams. We help buyers create clearer technology RFQs, invite relevant suppliers, compare proposals, and understand trade-offs beyond price with Sid, our AI sourcing assistant.

Now we are inviting a small group of technology suppliers to join the beta and help shape the supplier experience before wider launch.

Why suppliers matter

Technology sourcing only works when both sides have enough context.

Buyers need to explain what they need clearly. Suppliers need enough information to decide whether an opportunity fits, prepare a useful proposal, and communicate with the buyer without wasting time.

For many SMEs, the sourcing process is still messy:

  • requirements are unclear

  • proposals arrive in different formats

  • pricing is hard to compare

  • security, support and implementation details are easy to miss

  • decisions can become too dependent on price or sales demos

Sidorus is designed to make this process clearer for buyers and more structured for suppliers.

What is the Pioneer Supplier Program?

The Sidorus Pioneer Supplier Program is a selective beta program for early technology suppliers.

Selected suppliers receive:

  • free beta access

  • white-glove profile setup

  • buyer-facing Pioneer Supplier recognition

  • consideration for relevant beta RFQs

  • a low-effort way to test a new SME sourcing channel

  • the opportunity to shape the supplier experience

In return, we ask for practical feedback on profile setup, RFQ invitations, proposal submission, buyer-supplier messaging and what would make Sidorus more valuable for suppliers.

White-glove profile setup

We know suppliers are busy.

Creating another platform profile can feel like admin work, especially during beta. That is why Sidorus can prepare the first version of a Pioneer Supplier profile using public materials such as:

  • company website

  • LinkedIn page

  • service descriptions

  • case studies

  • public capability information

The supplier reviews, corrects and approves the profile before using it.

What Pioneer Supplier does not mean

This is important.

The Pioneer Supplier badge is not:

  • a recommendation

  • a certification

  • preferred supplier status

  • a guarantee of leads

  • a guarantee of meetings

  • a guarantee of buyer selection

  • a ranking boost

  • a commercial endorsement by Sidorus

It simply shows that the supplier joined Sidorus during beta and helped validate the platform.

Supplier matching and Sid recommendations remain based on RFQ relevance and proposal quality. Buyers remain in control of invitations, comparisons, follow-up questions and final decisions.

Who we are looking for

We are starting with technology suppliers that serve SMEs, scaleups and growing teams.

The first cohorts are focused on:

Software & SaaS

CRM, ERP, HR, workflow, productivity, implementation partners, SaaS resellers and software consultants.

Cloud, IT Infrastructure & Managed Services

MSPs, managed IT providers, cloud migration partners, Microsoft 365 partners, backup and disaster recovery providers, endpoint and infrastructure support companies.

Cybersecurity

Endpoint security, email security, IAM, MDR/SOC, audits, ISO 27001, compliance and risk specialists.

IT Services

Technology consultancies, integration partners, software development providers, data and analytics specialists, and flexible IT service providers.

How it works

The process is intentionally simple:

  1. You share your website or LinkedIn page.

  2. Sidorus prepares a draft supplier profile from public materials.

  3. You review and approve the profile.

  4. You may receive relevant beta RFQ invitations where there is a capability match.

  5. You provide feedback on the supplier experience.

The goal is not to create extra admin work. The goal is to learn quickly with credible suppliers and improve the platform before broader launch.

Frequently asked questions

Does joining guarantee leads?

No. Pioneer Suppliers may be considered for relevant beta RFQs where there is a capability match, but Sidorus does not guarantee leads, meetings or buyer selection.

Is beta access free?

Yes. Selected suppliers can access the beta without a supplier subscription during the beta period.

Can buyers still choose any supplier?

Yes. Buyers remain in control of supplier invitations, proposal review, follow-up questions and final decisions.

What happens to my data?

Sidorus uses supplier information to create and display supplier profiles, support RFQ participation and operate the platform. A full Privacy Policy is being finalized. For specific privacy or data questions in the meantime, contact hello@sidorus.com.
